Artificial intelligence is improving the world
Norm Judah, Chief Technology Officer of Worldwide Services at Microsoft gives his predictions on how companies will make use of artificial intelligence in the future. It is not just adopting AI that is vital to companies, but also in-depth analysis of the ways in which it can be used and the objectives you want to achieve with it.
Every company, in one way or another, whether today or tomorrow, will end up using AI to gain a better understanding of their clients, products, services and employees
What AI has to offer is a limitless amount of new and precious data. Such huge amounts would be difficult to obtain in any other way and they allow us to implement our knowledge and skills in a way that has a real and measurable impact on society. For employees, this means the birth of new functions and new jobs and, as a result, some extraordinary opportunities to take on different, highly rewarding roles.
That is why Norm Judah has an optimistic opinion on the changes AI has brought to the world of work and on its potential. We have already begun to tap into this in the present, but there are huge advances and opportunities still to come in the future. And it is looking to the future that the interview concludes, with some advice for the younger generations. Judah’s advice is to pour passion into everything you do and stay curious. The value of curiosity helps us to improve ourselves and better confront the transformation under way.
Only by being curious can we truly be the best
