H-Farm, the most famous Italian business incubator, is located in Roncade near Treviso.

In the next few months, this space will expand from the current 20 to 51 hectares of land with the birth of H-Campus, the most important European pole dedicated to innovation and digital.

Here we met Riccardo Donadon, the founder of H-Farm. We asked him some advice for youngsters who want to understand the current labour market and imagine its future.
